🔹 Hook up band at knee height 🔹Take a knee onto opposite leg
🔹 Turn about 30deg away from band
🔹 Do internal rotation 10 times and external rotation 10 times

🔹Walk out as far as you can
🔹 Assume Pigeon Pose
🔹 Angle 30 deg away from band, relax glute and hold 60-90s
